Ogilvie & Davies ("we") is a specialist recruitment consultancy based at Hammerain House, Harrogate, HG2 8ER. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide to us and process it in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, contact details, and CV when you register with us or submit an enquiry. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to match you with suitable employment opportunities. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in operating our recruitment business, and contract where you have engaged us directly.
Who we share it with
We will only share your details with prospective employers with your knowledge and agreement. We will never sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for up to three years from your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
Your rights
